Alternative Asset Infrastructure
Building institutional-grade infrastructure for alternative asset tokenization with Canton Network integration
BOLI's journey began in late 2021 in the Maldives, where our team explored sustainable financing mechanisms for vulnerable island nations through natural and sustainable asset tokenization. After a strategic two-year development period focused on building foundational technologies, we're bringing back BOLI in 2025.
Today, BOLI provides institutional-grade alternative asset infrastructure, leveraging the Canton Network's compliance framework and Daml smart contracts for verified real-world asset tokenization. Rather than trying to tokenize everything, we focus on asset classes where verification and institutional participation can create meaningful value.
Canton's architecture provides the perfect foundation for institutional-grade alternative assets
Functional programming language specifically designed for multi-party workflows involving asset originators, verifiers, investors, and regulators.
Privacy and regulatory compliance at the protocol level with sub-transaction privacy, data minimization, and participant control.
Network includes Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, and Deutsche Börse Group, providing integration pathways for alternative assets.
Focused on asset classes where verification and institutional participation create meaningful value
Coral reef conservation, blue carbon sequestration, and marine biodiversity projects with satellite and sensor verification.
Protected area financing and biodiversity credits with long-term conservation outcomes measured through multiple data sources.
Energy infrastructure with readily available performance data and well-established revenue streams for fractional ownership.
Forest conservation and restoration, soil carbon enhancement, and verified emission reductions with established measurement protocols.
Our platform integrates multiple technology layers for comprehensive alternative asset management
Furcate provides local processing and mesh communication, reducing dependency on high-bandwidth internet connections.
Integration with Microsoft Aurora's climate intelligence model on Tenzro provides additional context for environmental data.
TERE's trusted execution environment processes sensitive data while maintaining privacy and providing cryptographic proof.
Pillars Foundation provides the underlying settlement layer, with transactions settled on Canton Network using Daml contracts.
Celere enables seamless settlement across different payment methods for diverse participant engagement.
Our goal isn't to create the largest platform or capture the biggest market share. We're focused on building infrastructure that provides real value to conservation projects and community stakeholders while meeting institutional compliance requirements.
We're approaching this work with humility — recognizing that meaningful change in alternative asset markets will require collaboration, patience, and a willingness to adapt based on what we learn.
